She is also a Chartered Accountant who has over 12 years’ experience in all manner of accounting, External Auditing and she is specialized in International Financial Reporting. Drocelle has a vast array of experience in businesses and has been involved in franchising and general businesses for over 11 years and experienced it from every angle and every aspect. Drocelle has been both a franchisee and a franchisor and has also started, ran and owned 3 franchises herself, all in different sectors.
Drocelle is also very passionate about helping small businesses to grow and succeed. it is her biggest wish to assist SME and startUp businesses to improve cash flow into their businesses as an important part of running a successful business is knowing how to handle challenging financial situations. John Oliver
Senior Budget Analyst
John is a budget analyst with 20 years’ experience in the financial industry where he specialized in opex and capex budgets, forecasts and running forecasts together with preparing Executive Summaries. This included graphical analysis reflecting the monthly, quarterly and annual results on an actual versus budget basis, reporting on various KPIs, trends, etc.
John worked for over 10 years in a six-partner firm of West End accountants where he was responsible for a number of SMEs. He looked after their day-to-day finances, prepared VAT returns and administered payroll. He was also part of a small team producing business plans for SME startUps.
John would be happy to prepare your budget needs and link it to your monthly management reports to give you a better insight into how your business is growing on an actuals versus budget basis by means of data reporting and graphical analysis.
